Health Coverage
Health coverage is one of the clearest ways Base-2 invests in employees and families. Base-2 offers multiple GOLD medical plan options through CareFirst, UnitedHealthcare, and Kaiser Permanente, including available no-cost medical options with 100% company-paid medical premiums for employees and eligible dependents. Base-2 also provides 100% company-paid dental and vision premiums for employees and eligible dependents.
Benefits are generally available to full-time employees working an average of 30 hours per week and begin on the first day of the month following date of hire, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.
