Ownership
Except where otherwise identified, the articles, illustrations, photographs, graphics, software, and downloadable materials on this website are owned by Base-2 Solutions, LLC or used under permission or license. Third-party rights remain with their respective owners.
Using Our Content
You may view, download, and print Base-2-owned public materials for personal or internal informational purposes, including evaluating our capabilities. Keep copyright and attribution notices intact, do not modify the materials, and do not imply our endorsement. This permission does not cover third-party materials or materials subject to separate license terms.
For republication, redistribution, adaptations, or other uses beyond these permissions, request written permission using the contact route below. You may link to our public pages using accurate descriptive text without implying sponsorship or endorsement.
Nothing on this page limits uses permitted by applicable law, including fair use, or rights granted under a separate license or agreement.
Press Materials and Brand Use
Our Press & Media Kit provides approved logo files and corporate information. Its boilerplate may be reused unchanged in press materials referencing Base-2 Solutions, as described there. Downloading a logo does not grant unrestricted rights to use it.
Follow any permission and usage conditions supplied with an asset. Otherwise, obtain written permission before using Base-2 logos or brand assets. Do not alter a logo or use our name or marks to suggest an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement that does not exist.
Third-Party and Government Materials
Partner logos, publisher content, licensed photography, and other third-party materials may have their own restrictions. Base-2 cannot grant permission on behalf of their owners. Consult the identified owner or original source before reusing those materials.
Government imagery and information are subject to the originating agency’s notices and applicable rules. Do not assume that every item from a government website is unrestricted; seals, insignia, and third-party works may have separate protections. Their appearance here does not imply government endorsement of Base-2 Solutions.
Permission Requests and Copyright Concerns
Use our contact page to request permission or report a copyright concern. Include the page or material URL, the proposed use or the nature of your concern, and a way to contact you. For a concern, identify the work and your relationship to its owner.
