How to Order

Federal contracting officers and ordering activities can use these steps to prepare a GSA MAS task order. Follow your agency’s applicable procedures and the current GSA MAS ordering guidance (opens in a new tab).

  1. Confirm contract scope. Review Base-2’s GSA eLibrary record (opens in a new tab), the awarded Special Item Numbers (SINs) above, the price list, and the contract terms and conditions (opens in a new tab).
  2. Prepare and issue your RFQ. Describe the requirement, evaluation criteria, period of performance, and response deadline. GSA eBuy (opens in a new tab) supports issuing requests for quotes (RFQs) to MAS contractors. Use the ordering pathway appropriate to your requirement; Base-2 can respond to requirements within its awarded contract scope.
  3. Evaluate and award. The ordering activity evaluates quotes and makes the award under its applicable procedures. After an award to Base-2, we coordinate staffing and kickoff, including any suitability or clearance dependencies.

For scope clarification or pre-solicitation discussions, use the email or phone above, or contact us. Include your agency, a brief description of the requirement, and anticipated timing. Contact assistance does not replace your agency’s ordering process.
